If you have any questions or concerns in regards to our products please contact us via phone or email. If you would prefer to speak in person with one of our team members, you are also welcome to drop in at our office during business hours.


Placing an order

There are several methods available for placing your order:

By Enquiry Sheet

Please contact us using the 'ENQUIRY SHEET' Button (top left of website) to receive an official quote for specific items. It can be closed and re-opened without affecting the main frames of information. (N.B. If the sheet is reset or closed, all entered information will be lost). Open the sheet and enter the Codes and Quantities required, and then Submit the form. We will return your request with a fixed quotation, including delivery costs via email. Please ensure to include your Postcode on the 'Enquiry Sheet' so accurate freight costs can be quoted. Please be reminded that the ENQUIRY SHEET does not constitute a Purchase Order, merely a request for further information.

Once you have received the quotation you can approve the order via email, fax or telephone.

By Phone

Please call us on (02) 9882 6555, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm to place your order verbally with one of our sales staff.

By Fax

You can fax your purchase order to (02) 9882 6455 at any time. Please include your phone number on any faxed orders so we can contact you with any questions regarding your order.

By Email

Purchase orders and general order enquiries can be emailed to at any time.

In Person

It is best practice to phone in before turing up to our office to ensure that all required items are held in stock.
