All prices are subject to change without prior notice, except where a product is listed with its price accompanied by an expiry date then the price is fixed up to and including the date specified.
The Broadcast Install Shop will continue to represent an increasing number of products from many sources. As a result, prices may change with some products and not with others. However, any enquiries by email or forward orders will fix the purchase price as posted on the website on the date of the enquiry/order.
Unless prior arrangements have been made, all sales will be conducted by credit card transactions or direct deposit into our account before ordered goods are shipped out. There is a 3% surcharge on payments via American Express cards. Until our secure server is online, all credit card purchases will be transacted via our local EFTPOS terminal after receiving credit card details by phone or fax. Any counter pickups from our Chatswood address can be paid for at time of collection via credit, cheque or debit cards.

Patchworks Communications is happy to ship purchased items anywhere within Australia and to most countries internationally.
Australian Delivery Costs
- Delivery costs on orders destined WITHIN Sydney Metro will inccur a delivery charge of $15.00 ex GST. (N.B. Some orders which exceed a standard package size or weigh more than 15kg may inccur a higher delivery charge.)
- Delivery costs on orders destined OUTSIDE Sydney Metro, weighing 5kg or less and are of a standard size will inccur a delivery charge of $15.00 ex GST. (N.B. Delivery to Northern Territory and some regional areas in Western Australia and Queensland may inccur a higher delivery charge.)
- Delivery costs on orders destined WITHIN Melbourne or Brisbane Metro areas, weighing more than 5kg and are of a standard size will inccur a delivery charge of $20.00 ex GST.
- Delivery costs to all other areas WITHIN Australia, weighing more than 5kg will need to be quoted on a case-by-case basis
- Customers may collect their orders from Patchworks if pre-arranged with sales staff.
- Australian customers may be approved for self-arranged courier pickup if discussed with Patchworks sales staff at time of ordering.
- Some exceptions may apply to above mentioned delivery charges. Contact Patchworks sales staff for exact delivery charges on specific orders.
International Delivery Costs
- Shipping costs on international purchases will need to be quoted on a case-by-case basis. Package weight, size and destination will effect costs.
- The full value of the order will be declared on customs paperwork. Any customs fees, taxes or charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be paid by Patchworks Communications.
- International customers may be approved for self-arranged courier pickup if discussed with Patchworks sales staff at time of ordering.
- Our standard shipping method is via CouriersPlease
- For destinations not covered by CouriersPlease, and for all international shipments, we deliver goods via TNT
- Both of these methods are able to be tracked
- At this stage, we are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes
Australian Shipping Times
- Shipping times WITHIN Sydney Metro are approximately 1-2 business days from order. Shipping times OUTSIDE Sydney Metro are approximately 3-4 business days from order. Some regional destinations, including Northern Territory and Tasmania, will inccur a longer shipping time. (N.B. Shipping times are subject to stock availability and delivery destination).

International Shipping Times
- Shipping times are subject to stock availability and delivery destination. Shipping times will need to advised on a case-by-case basis.
The following payment methods are accepted:
- We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
- Credit card details can be provided via phone or fax
- There is 3% surcharge for payment via AMEX
- Charges will only be made against the credit card on the day that the goods leave our store. In the case of split or back orders, the charges will only be made for the actual goods supplied at the time.
- Payment via credit card is also accepted in store.
N.B. Customer security is important to us. For this reason we may require additional information such as credit card ccv numbers and further contact information before processing payment information.
Cheques / Money Orders
- Payment via debit card is accepted in store.
- Payment via cheque or money order is accepted only from approved customers.
- Please contact us for more information on this payment method.
- Payment via money transfer into our account is accepted.
- Goods ordered will not be delivered untill the money has cleared in our account.
